A kitchen made up of famous mezze which need their finesse and lightness to their steaming: Chicheskebabs (skewers of meat, lamb, chicken, beef), Gale of wheat Pilaf (Bourgoul, rice, small vermicels), Dolmas (Vegetable stuffed mussels and the most famous of the fig leaf dolmades), Kechkegs (the national dish, tip of beef to natural wheat),... and don't forget to ask the famous "paklawa" in the form of nut pastry to dessert, it's delicious.
