The chapel Bellini is located on the property of Fiorentina.
This beautiful baroque chapel was built in 1894 by count Vitali. Its Baroque marked, its bell tower with clock and his inner Forum with wooden stairs make an architectural curiosity. In 1953, the painter Emmanuel Bellini makes his Studio. Emmanuel Bellini was an architect and self-taught painter installed in Cannes of years thirty died in 1989. His very colorful painting has accents Fauvist and expressionist. The Chapel is now a museum dedicated to the artist. A tour of the site allows to visit this original place and discover this Cannes artist.
Emmanuel Bellini is well-known in Cannes. In 1954, he acquired of this neo-baroque chapel to his Studio, now a museum. The pink and white Bell Tower is decorated with large stucco moldings, but he reminds rather of a lighthouse. And in this Chapel-Museum, you can discover the work of Bellini, an artist of many talents (poster artist, cartoonist, painter,...). This passionate and in love with the Gypsies and the Spain let us contemplate part of his immense work on colors.
