At the corner of la Croisette and Pasteur Street, two steps of Carlton and Martinez, The space Miramar hotel is a privileged place to organize theatrical performances, concerts or conferences. It is of course used during the Festival de Cannes for film screenings.

It has a spacious lobby, a room exhibition devoted to "Image", and a 400-seat Concert Hall.
