It's a circus!
Since Stephan Durand (head chef, ex of the Villa of lilies), and Mathieu Yanikian (which inspired the beach annex near the Carlton) opened this table funny and creative, at the crossroads of Hoche and Vagliano streets,
2 terraces, 2 floors and a bar has wine that takes its ease in the evening around a large veined table.
The circus takes you on its box, concrete way. An apparent kitchen, stone walls that breathe and give the change to luminaires marled and serrated... The staging to development in the mouth, no chance. No. Only good feelings. Conviviality, smile, body, in short, life. This is the wish, that's the story.
The map sings the colors of the Mediterranean from breakfast to dinner and allows a few winks to the Rhône Valley, in an aside. Bistro, simple and very well executed cuisine, based on fresh produce and season.
