The Chef's Table!
This is a very small Bistro, barely a dozen tables, located steps from the rue d'Antibes, in the heart of the shopping district of Cannes, which really deserves to be known!
The Chef, Bruno GENSDARME, former companion of Guy SAVOY, offers us genuine market cuisine, version bistronomy, daily renewed with a menu of the day for lunch and in the evening a "menu surprise" single (suggestion 2 entries, fish or meats, and desserts).
Every morning, he goes to the Forville market to select the best products. And the result on our plate is delicious. Come on, let's get some Mediterranean flavours in the mouth: eggs scrambled to the truffle and cake artichokes, a Macedonia of fresh vegetables, poultry farm and its puree of celeriac, a brandade of cod on fondue of leeks, the net of beef pepper and its puree of potato House,.... Rated wines, a nice card leaving nothing to chance.
